Kundalini and chakras
The Kundalini is believed to be your main energy system of the body. This system is often a sleep and not very active; however through the assistance of a learned light/energy workers this system can be activated.
The Kundalini is a combination of energy channels working together. This consists of three main nadi’s (Sushmna nadi, Pingala nadi, Ida nadi). When the three nadi’s meet in their path; an energy portal is created. These energy portals are commonly known as Chakras.
If all chakras are made active and the Kundalini is awakened through the help of an energy worker, it is believed that the individual reaches a state of complete bliss and enlightenment (sat chit anand).
I often get asked if this energy that flows through the body is female energy or male energy.
The answer is both. The Kundalini is not completely male or female. The Ida nadi carries the female energy and the pingala nadi carries male energy. They are also referred to the energy of the sun (Pingala) and moon (Ida).
The Kundalini has also been described as a serpent in Vedic texts. This is due to the movement of the energy. It does not flow in straight lines but rather meanders its way through the body.
Attempts to activate the Kundalini without a trained and experienced energy worker have been attempted by many people. This can be extremely dangerous as the energy is very powerful and if it is not controlled it can damage you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
The dangers involved in unguided Kundalini activation should not be taken lightly and this type of activation is never recommended.

NUMEROLOGY
Numerology
Numerology is the procedure to find out more about the influence vibrations of certain sounds in our life.
Numerology has a history that traces back over 10,000 years to Babylonia and Egypt. Pythagoras, the father of geometry who formed many basic theorems forming the foundations of modern math, has been credited for formally organizing the field in ancient Greece approximately 2600 years ago. At the beginning of the 20th century, L. Dow Balliet, an American, working with several contemporaries, began numerology's modern phase. An increase in publication and research has brought about resurgence in the interest in numbers and their power in the beginning of the 21st century
Today, the practice of Numerology can be broken into two major schools, the Chaldean system and the Modern system. The modern school makes a claim of a lineage from Pythagoras; however, the new number system story traces to Philolaus, born some 25 years after the death of Pythagoras as well as after the original school of mystery burned. On the other hand, the Chaldean system verifies its antiquity through the cuneiform tablets, which date thousands of years before Pythagoras' birth.
The primary difference is found in the way the Chaldean system is based on the vibrations represented by vibrations and the Pythagorean system uses the alphabet in a more strict and linear sequence.
A second difference between the two systems is that the old system places greater emphasis on a name, while the newer one places a greater emphasis on permutations of the individual's own birth date
Now that you are aware of the two schools, which one would you follow?
Numerology offers a reliable and profound method of examining one's inner nature and to understand the physical, spiritual and psychological processes that form one's life experience. The science provides deep insights into what makes one tick and offers an excellent method of navigating the streams of daily life.
No matter what one's goals in life Numerology can help them to be reached with fewer delays and less difficulty. Numerology helps individuals to learn how they should emphasize strengths as well as overcome any weaknesses, providing almost any knowledge one needs to know from the vibration patterns and the cycles that are defined using the numbers.

Reiki in the Atharva Veda
Atharva Veda Kanda 4 Sukta 13 "Uta deva…" sukta with 7 mantras. Body of the
patient should be touched like a 'pass' in reiki from head to toes chanting the sukta which is below.
Wind! For thou who hast all medicine comest as envoy of the Gods.
him. All things that be deliver him that he be freed from his offence.
thee safe. I bring thee mighty strength, I drive thy wasting malady away.
6 Felicitous is this my hand, yet more felicitous is this.
This hand contains all healing balms, and this makes whole with gentle touch.
Reiki in fact is some kind of a universal creed, which culls positive points from all major religions of the world. The earliest reference to what is Reiki can be found in the Atharva Veda. This ancient Hindu process of tapping cosmic life force (prana) was revived in Japan about 150 years ago and given the name REIKI.
1 Gods, raise again the man whom ye, O Gods, have humbled and brought low. Ye Gods, restore to life again, him, Gods! Who hath committed sin.
2 Here these two winds are blowing far as Sindhu from a distant land. May one breathe energy to thee, the other blow thy fault away.
3 Hither, O Wind, blow healing balm, blow every fault away, thou
4 May the Gods keep and save this man, the Maruts' host deliver
5 I am come nigh to thee with balms to give thee rest and keep
7 The tongue that leads the voice precedes. Then with our tenfold-branching hands. With these two healers of disease, we stroke thee with a soft caress.
Origin of Reiki, the diverse cultural influences: Chinese, Japanese etc.
Basic principles
Reiki is based on the principles encapsulated in two verses of the Lotus Sutras from the teachings of Gautama Buddha and the mantra: Nam myoho renge kyo, which roughly translates as : I devote my life to the mystic law of cause and effect (karma) that is woven into the warp and woof of the universe's existence. - Visit www.kismatkarma.com for our personalized approach to Holistic Healing
