Kundalini and chakras
The Kundalini is believed to be your main energy system of the body. This system is often a sleep and not very active; however through the assistance of a learned light/energy workers this system can be activated.
The Kundalini is a combination of energy channels working together. This consists of three main nadi’s (Sushmna nadi, Pingala nadi, Ida nadi). When the three nadi’s meet in their path; an energy portal is created. These energy portals are commonly known as Chakras.
If all chakras are made active and the Kundalini is awakened through the help of an energy worker, it is believed that the individual reaches a state of complete bliss and enlightenment (sat chit anand).
I often get asked if this energy that flows through the body is female energy or male energy.
The answer is both. The Kundalini is not completely male or female. The Ida nadi carries the female energy and the pingala nadi carries male energy. They are also referred to the energy of the sun (Pingala) and moon (Ida).
The Kundalini has also been described as a serpent in Vedic texts. This is due to the movement of the energy. It does not flow in straight lines but rather meanders its way through the body.
Attempts to activate the Kundalini without a trained and experienced energy worker have been attempted by many people. This can be extremely dangerous as the energy is very powerful and if it is not controlled it can damage you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
The dangers involved in unguided Kundalini activation should not be taken lightly and this type of activation is never recommended.

Numerology
Numerology is the procedure to find out more about the influence vibrations of certain sounds in our life.
Numerology has a history that traces back over 10,000 years to Babylonia and Egypt. Pythagoras, the father of geometry who formed many basic theorems forming the foundations of modern math, has been credited for formally organizing the field in ancient Greece approximately 2600 years ago. At the beginning of the 20th century, L. Dow Balliet, an American, working with several contemporaries, began numerology's modern phase. An increase in publication and research has brought about resurgence in the interest in numbers and their power in the beginning of the 21st century
Today, the practice of Numerology can be broken into two major schools, the Chaldean system and the Modern system. The modern school makes a claim of a lineage from Pythagoras; however, the new number system story traces to Philolaus, born some 25 years after the death of Pythagoras as well as after the original school of mystery burned. On the other hand, the Chaldean system verifies its antiquity through the cuneiform tablets, which date thousands of years before Pythagoras' birth.
The primary difference is found in the way the Chaldean system is based on the vibrations represented by vibrations and the Pythagorean system uses the alphabet in a more strict and linear sequence.
A second difference between the two systems is that the old system places greater emphasis on a name, while the newer one places a greater emphasis on permutations of the individual's own birth date

Reiki in fact is some kind of a universal creed, which culls positive points from all major religions of the world. The earliest reference to what is Reiki can be found in the Atharva Veda. This ancient Hindu process of tapping cosmic life force (prana) was revived in Japan about 150 years ago and given the name REIKI.
